This is going to be the best Monday of your life. I totally just scored a gift for one of you, mamas! Jumping up and down yet? Well, you will be because… it’s the nursing bra top from the fabulous GlamourMom.com! I am dead serious. I know… I know… I am exceeding your expectations as usual, but I couldn’t resist.
I have only about 10 of them in my own closet and I won’t lie – they complete me. GlamourMom.com is not compensating me for this post in any shape or form and simply have agreed to give one of their products to one of my readers. Can you feel the love? Can you hear the birds? Smell the roses? Me neither, but Mother’s Day is coming up and let’s face it – for all that you have put your body through the least you can do is give it a nice support in all the right areas while looking glamorous, of course.
I love GlamourMom.com nursing tanks for many reasons but here are just a few:
- it has a built-in nursing bra, so basically one clothing item instead of two, which means less laundry and more time for … oh I don’t know… SLEEPING!
- the tank top functionality allows you to stay discrete when nursing in public by covering your tummy. Now… I know that YOU personally don’t mind exposing your postpartum washboard abs, but that’s not going to help you find a lot of mommy friends, now will it?
- and personally what I have appreciated the most was a ”tummy control panel” that basically tucks in your stomach and makes you look NOT so pregnant, because, let’s face it… one day you WILL hurt that clueless cheerful cashier who asks you when are you due… 90 days AFTER the baby was born.

See all this attention to detail? Only a mother could design something like this. You can read more about Line Rothman and how she came up with the idea here.
Now I know that by now you are all screaming into your computer HOW DO I GET ME ONE?! HOW?!
Well… since you’ve asked:
- Leave a comment below this post with your favorite boy name (I know I am tricky like that). You can enter multiple names in one comment, however it will count only as one entry.
- Don’t forget to include your email address so that I have a way to contact you if you win
Not necessary but will count as additional entries:
- Twitter – follow Glamourmom on Twitter (@Glamourmomtanks) AND tweet about your favorite Glamourmom products (for example, “I love #Glamourmom nursing bra long tank in black!”) The hashtag must be there for the entry to be valid (hashtag is the pound sign #). If you use this option please leave another comment saying that you did it.
- Facebook – you can gain additional entries by adding yourself to Glamourmom fan page or Glamourmomtanks page. If you do, please leave another comment saying that you did it.
Important details:
- The winner can choose any color or size in the Nursing Bra Tank (Style A1) or Nursing Bra Tank (Style B1) – (If stock is available)
- The winner will be chosen by www.random.org and GlamourMom will mail the chosen item directly to the winner.
- The offer is valid for U.S. and Canada residents only
- Last day to enter is Sunday, May 16th 12pm PDT.
P.S. You can also enter to win a $100 gift certificate sweepstakes available on GlamourMom website
P.S.S. Oh and here are a few names that will immediately disqualify you: Jed I. Knight and Athol Thmelly

This blog is very well-constructed both content wise and structurally wise. I am very impressed with your effort. Everything from the layout to the graphics are stunning. Will be telling all the moms I know.

I love the name Ben for a boy!! Oh! And also Jackson

Jenn´s last blog ..Fun Friday!!
Jeez. Boy names are tough. Every name I like is pretty effeminate. I’m in big trouble if I’m having a boy. But I met an Otis the other day and he was rather fetching. I also like Orion and Francis.
JJ Keith´s last blog ..The Tank Agreement
Hmmmm, boy names, boy names… feel free to trash any of these, just throwing out ones I like.
I like: Aleister, Jonah, Lliam, and Balthazar. I know Balthazar is weird, but I had to put it out there since my husband has forbidden it from being used in our house. Please for the love of me someone I know name your kid Balthazar. I will be godparent! He will be showered with gifts and spoiled quite rotten!
Jamie (the grumbles)´s last blog ..the kindness and karma contest
My new fav boy name is JACK (and what we will name this one if it’s a boy!) Actually, I like Jackson better, but the hub wants just Jack.
*added them on FB.
I like Gus. It reminds me of a name you would see embroidered on a workman’s shirt.
We are currently expecting baby #4. If this one is a boy we will be naming him Henry Charles. Our #3 is a boy and his name is Cooper John.
I love both of the names!
Trish
I’m not pregnant but thought I would put my name in for this drawing
. Maybe some day we’ll actually start talking about #2 but until that day comes I’ll just put my name in for a drawing.
So my name choice is Landon. It means “From The Long Hill” and is of Old English origin. Other variant forms of the name are Landan, Landen, Landin, Lando and Landyn. Landon and Leila. Sounds good together.
Not that I need the nursing bra… (I hope that I will need one – one day). But this “competition” is so interesting and the line that it is just for the US and Canada residents made me definitely enter it. I will be happy to pass the nursing bra to the lady in US or Canada should I be a winner, but you cannot stop me from participating, girl!
Anyway, here are my names: Jacob, Casper, Luke.
Jakob, Lukas, and Damien are 3 boy names I like. Now, names I AND Geoff like are another story…
Miranda´s last blog ..I hope…
I love the name John of course but I also like Mateo.
Nathan! (thats what we named our son!) We also like Lukas (thought it would make the Lithuanian side of our family happy if we spelled it like that!) I also love Jack, Grant, and Evan. My boy name list was always so short!
I was totally LOLing about the postpartum washboard abs! HA!
I ‘liked’ glamourmomtanks on FB! (I don’t think I’ve worn a real bra in months, I LIVE IN my nursing tanks, although I don’t have a glamourmom one and would love to try one… especially for the tummy control!)
Kelly´s last blog ..These kids love to swing!
I like Lucas, Liam, Trevor…all seem like they go well with your daughter’s name. Good luck on the name hunt!
I’m a huge fan of Deacon right now and Tate. Thanks for the entertainment!
We won’t be using it, but I really like Quinn. Quinn seems like such a nice boy’s name doesn’t it?
My husband isn’t a big fan.
I also like Atom, would I actually name a child this? Well, maybe, good thing for our kids my husband is much more practical.
I really love the “B5-001-02 Nursing Bra Long Top Full Bust” In Black, White, Or Grape Galore.
Thank you for this contest.

Pooh, someone already posted Nathan. I like Alexander too. I just hope the hubby agrees to one of those
Miranda, you forgot Riley.

I really need to keep up with your blog more often! You ALWAYS bring a smile to my face. I am happy to offer up the name Braylon but it might be weird when my Braylon and your Leila fall in love and then your daughter has a husband and a brother with the same name! That might make her feel awkward
. So I’ll throw out the other contenders from back in the day… My hubby lobbied big-time for Porter and I was pushing Marek. I can’t tell you this without also saying that I fought Porter because even though I think it is cool I was certain that his nickname in school would be “Porker”. And I still LOVE the name Jake. Maybe something about the movie Sixteen Candles makes me still want a Jake of my own! I can’t wait to hear what you pick. Kiss that beautiful girl of yours for me!
You are very tricky indeed… Nice contest!
So, here’re my submissions:
Jacob – I know it’s been noted a few times. did you know that it was the most popular name by the SS for like 10 years running? So, apparently many, many, many other people like that too…
Austin
Jesse
Jesse James (or JJ)
Tyler
Tucker
I love Glamourmoms too. You’ll love it when you breastfeed too! And you will!
I think Leland is a good boys name, and it goes good with a girls name Leila too. Although, i could see how it could be quite confusing at times. I also, think Gavin, Gabe, Gage, and Gabrial are good boy names..Hope this helps some of you expecting ladies out…I was a toss up between Leland and Gavin for me, but then we found out we are having a girl. So we are on the prowl for girl names that we can agree on. I would like a little feed back and opinions on a few names that we have agreed on.
CaliAnn Marie
Kelsey Marie
Well, I have a Jackson Joel and a July “Hutch” Hutchings.
My son’s name is Lukas Drake. I love all the K’s. With number 2 on the way, I have a few names picked out if it is a boy. I like Reugen Bradley, and Lauden Oren. I like names that are very much “dude” names but are a bit out of the norm

Somer´s last blog ..A Medical Experience Instead of a Life Experience
Like Brashke said not that I need one now but hope to need one before I get to 40.
Here I go again
Jorge, Cory, Lucas, Daniel, Dennis, Paul, Antoine ( I really like that name), Scott, Angelo
I like Mitchell for a boys name. Mitch is cute!
I already follow Glamourmom on FB
I tweeted about how I LOVE Glamourmom tanks! @jessieisnice
So desperate for nursing wear! Expecting my 3rd child, but the first two are 13 & 15 so I’ve gotten rid of everything baby & nursing over the last dozen years or so.
Thanks for the info on this site, I will be checking them out!
My favorite name for a boy is the name I already gave to my 13yr old. I’m torn though, as to whether I like his first or middle name better (hehe) Lachlin Sebastian. (to pronounce Lachlin correctly, just think of the Loch Ness Monster
I suggest trying http://www.nymbler.com You put in a couple of names you like, then it suggests boy or girl names that fit into the same family. So, some names that came up based on Leila: Simon, Matthew, Benjamin and Lemuel (?!)
Some names I like but never got/will get to use: Grayson, Caedmon, CJ (Caedmon John). BUt my all-time favourite, of course is Jamie (James)

Ok, I do not want to be entered in the contest (NO MORE BABIES) but wanted to chime in on the boy names.
You know women cannot resist sharing name ideas.
My son is Cameron Alexander (had the name picked out way before he was conceived). Our second choice was Landon Michael (but then we thought about the actor Michael Landon and knew the kid would never live it down).
Other boy name suggestions; Gavin, Brody, Kyle, Connor, Troy
Jessica´s last blog ..Listing on eBay
I really like the name Hudson, but it’s SO hard to find a middle name for it… If our daughter would have been a son we would have named him William Hudson (my Pop is a William H.) and called him Hudson.
Good luck with the naming!

Boy names, boy names, boy………hows aboot Liam? Soren? (I can hear you rolling your eyes, btw). Nathan? Alex? Smeagal? Abusedbyleila? No? Fine.
Smeagal?! I am just afraid it might become too popular in a couple of years.
You probably will NOT decide before the baby comes… but in case there’s a miracle in the near future – as in you and the love of your life deciding… can you let us know??
Sure, but don’t hold your breath.
Matthew is currently at the top of my list…..Adam is a close second.
And I will really need that nursing top in about 3 weeks, so I’m crossing my fingers
